Privacy notice · draft
A focused form with a small data footprint.
This private-preview notice explains how website inquiries are handled. It must be reviewed by a qualified Michigan attorney before public launch.
Information collected
The inquiry form requires your name, phone number, the property's town or ZIP code, whether you are an owner, manager or something else, and a short description of the problem. You may optionally add an email address, company, property count, preferred contact method and time, how you heard about JackLine, and further non-sensitive details. Consent to reply is required.
Why it is used
Information is used to evaluate service-area fit, understand the requested scope, respond to the inquiry, prevent spam and misuse, and arrange a next step. Payment information is not collected through this form.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the site and processes web requests and security logs. When configured for launch, an email delivery provider processes inquiry notifications and confirmation emails. Their final identities and applicable agreements must be confirmed before launch.
Retention
Inquiries should be retained only as long as needed to respond, manage a prospective customer relationship, meet recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. A final retention period is awaiting business and legal review.
Analytics and cookies
This version uses no nonessential cookies. It records a small set of conversion events—such as an audit-button click or form start—without putting form contents in analytics or URLs. Hosting providers may maintain short-lived operational and security logs.
Your choices
To request correction or deletion of an inquiry, contact kfservicesllc@gmail.com. Identity may need to be confirmed before fulfilling a request. This email address is a preview contact and must be confirmed before launch.
Do not submit sensitive credentials
Do not send passwords, door codes, full account numbers, payment-card data, guest information, exact alarm or security details, or other sensitive credentials through the public form. Submissions containing them are rejected rather than stored.
Draft status
This content is general website information, not legal advice. The final privacy notice, provider list, retention period, and contact details require legal and business review before public launch.
