For managers & co-hosts
Pick the rental that produces the most Wi-Fi, television, access, thermostat, or alert questions. JackLine Technologies turns that friction into a documented pilot your team can evaluate—without touching your management fee.
How this is billed
Shield is billed to the property owner, not to you. When you introduce a property and handle the owner conversation, JackLine pays you $20 per enrolled door, per month, for as long as that property stays enrolled. Twenty doors is $4,800 a year for work you were already doing.
A focused partner
JackLine Technologies complements property management, cleaning, maintenance, and licensed trades. The work stays on guest-facing technology, documentation, and defined support boundaries.

01
Choose the door your team hears about most.
02
The owner approves the $149 review. You don't pay for it.
03
Approve the work the scorecard found, and nothing else.
04
Track technology calls for 30 days, then decide.
Bounded by design
Two remote support requests per property each month are included. Beyond that, remote work is billed at $75 per half hour.
On-site labor, travel, hardware, subscriptions, permits, and third-party charges remain separate. JackLine Technologies coordinates with providers and licensed trades when authorized; it does not replace them.
A note on local-contact rules
That role belongs to a person you designate—it is not a service JackLine offers. What we do is make that person effective: alerts routed to them by name and tested, a printed property technology sheet, and restart steps they can follow on arrival.
