For managers & co-hosts

Standardize the technology across every door—one problem property at a time.

Pick the rental that produces the most Wi-Fi, television, access, thermostat, or alert questions. JackLine Technologies turns that friction into a documented pilot your team can evaluate—without touching your management fee.

How this is billed

Your owners pay for it. You get paid to administer it.

Shield is billed to the property owner, not to you. When you introduce a property and handle the owner conversation, JackLine pays you $20 per enrolled door, per month, for as long as that property stays enrolled. Twenty doors is $4,800 a year for work you were already doing.

  • No portfolio commitment and no minimum door count
  • Owner is the customer of record and owns every account and device
  • You keep the relationship; JackLine never markets management services
  • Start with one property and decide after 30 days

A focused partner

Technology reliability without stepping into your operation.

JackLine Technologies complements property management, cleaning, maintenance, and licensed trades. The work stays on guest-facing technology, documentation, and defined support boundaries.

  • A specialized technology vendor—not a competing property manager
  • Repeatable equipment, labeling, account, and documentation standards
  • Simpler instructions for cleaners and maintenance staff
  • A defined escalation path when something breaks after hours
  • Clear property-specific ownership and authorization records
  • No portfolio commitment until one property has proven the fit

Pilot workflow

Prove the standard before you repeat it.

01

Select

Choose the door your team hears about most.

02

Audit

The owner approves the $149 review. You don't pay for it.

03

Correct

Approve the work the scorecard found, and nothing else.

04

Measure

Track technology calls for 30 days, then decide.

Then decide: repeat the standard across additional doors, enroll owners in ongoing support, or stop after the pilot with a usable property record and no further obligation.

Bounded by design

Your team always knows what happens next.

Two remote support requests per property each month are included. Beyond that, remote work is billed at $75 per half hour.

On-site labor, travel, hardware, subscriptions, permits, and third-party charges remain separate. JackLine Technologies coordinates with providers and licensed trades when authorized; it does not replace them.

A note on local-contact rules

Some townships require a contact who can respond fast.

That role belongs to a person you designate—it is not a service JackLine offers. What we do is make that person effective: alerts routed to them by name and tested, a printed property technology sheet, and restart steps they can follow on arrival.

A practical first step

What if one noisy property became your pilot standard?

Start with a paid audit on the door that generates the most calls, or take fifteen minutes to talk through the portfolio fit first.
